Custom Order Policies
Due to the custom, made-to-measure nature of our work, all sales are final. Once a design consultation is completed and the initial deposit is received, materials are ordered and production begins immediately. For this reason, there are no returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any custom gown, veil, accessory, or design service. All deposits are non-refundable, and remaining balances are due as outlined in your invoice. By placing an order with SuZann Designs, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

We offer an initial 30-minute free consultation, available virtually for your convenience. If you prefer an in-person meeting, we offer appointments in our Clearwater showroom for a personalized consultation. Please note that fitting appointments are by appointment only, and we are closed on Mondays.
✦ Remote Bride Option ✦
For brides outside the Tampa/St. Pete area, we offer a made-to-measure remote design option. Once your measurements and fabric, lace, or beading selections are received, we draft your custom pattern, source materials, and create your gown with the same couture construction used for in-studio clients. Your finished gown will be shipped to you, and final alterations will be completed by a trusted local seamstress in your area to ensure the perfect fit. This option allows brides nationwide to enjoy our custom design experience while completing the last fit stages close to home.
